Kiyo himself has a serious attitude - whenever angered, scared, or threatened, he has quite the possibility of losing control over his fire. He's easily annoyed and prefers to stay by himself. He's most comfortable in a quiet room with books than anywhere else. He also likes mechanics, science, math, and the likes. He is extremely quiet in class and stays in the back. However, he's a straight A student but never really pays any confidence into his intellegence or himself. He only has a few friends, but tries working on his personality to make more.

Growing up in a family with a father being crammed in his study and a mother in an asylum, Kiyo's life was an absolute chaos. Living in a once decent, relaxed neighborhood, it went into a complete crime site when Kiyomaro accidently set a large building on fire on a weekend in the summer. It killed six people. He didn't know about his abilities just yet, since his father never told him.

But, during his time of training, he was often confronted by witnesses, so he was never left in peace. Because of so many sightings, he wasn't allowed back in school until everything was comfirmed. He's still in question at his home, but he ignores it.

Derek Stiles At first, he thought the doctor was a complete nutcase and was irritated by him when he taught class. But, during the summer, Sora became ill with the GUILT desease. Derek asked Kiyo to come down to Florida and stay with him to help cure Sora, and even though hesistant, Kiyo accepted. He worked with the doctor and Umeda to help cure Sora and other patients with the sickness. They had a strong bond ever since, and is one of the two that Kiyo trusts will all his heart.

Hokuto Umeda Umeda thought it would be funny to annoy Kiyo, so their first accounter pretty much involved the flirting. Kiyo concluded that he couldn't stand him and wanted to kick him off the top of a building. But, they became partners over the summer, much to Kiyo's dismay. He was pretty sure he was going to stab him with a scalpel - but he saw more to the Aoi. They became friends ever since. Umeda still likes to annoy him, so he hits on him since Kiyo usually gets riled. Overtime, Kiyo developed feelings. Umeda found out and they didn't speak to each other for a while but eventually made up with him. They started to spend more nights together and their relationship evolved into a sexual state, but keep their lines as friends. Kiyo knows about both their feelings, and ironically, both Umeda and Akiha broke up the day right after Lelouch and himself got together. But for some reason, recently, Kiyo's been having a bad attitude against him.

Cordelia "Cordy" Chase Childhood friend from California. She's one of the most important people in Kiyo's life, and he's usually protective about her (badtouch her on a first date and your eyes are getting burned out). Cordy is really the friend that keeps him on line when he needs it, and has promised himself that if anything happened to her, he'll make it better somehow.

Lelouch Lamperouge The boyfriend. He can tell that Lelouch isn't the nice person he pretends to be and Kiyo dares not to comment on it, but doesn't mind it right now. He's not aware of Lulu's plans, or even his plots on using Kiyo. He also gets along extremely well with his disabled little sister Nunnally. He doesn't seem to like Hokuto, and Kiyo tries his best not to bring him up as a topic on conversation. It's frustrating for a pimp. :/

Parco Folgore Okay, the relationship is just weird. Their first encounter is when the little boy that lives with the Takamine family, Gash Bell, met Parco's little friend Kyanchomé. Gash stated that Kiyo needed help on his social life, and Folgore agreed. Which meant stapeling poor Kiyo to the ceiling. Kiyo did NOT like that so he couldn't stand Folgore for a while. He just very recently started to become a bit nicer. [dropped]

Sora Equitas The GUILT victim that Derek, Umeda, and Kiyo cured through surgery. Kiyo hated him at first, but they seem to get along fine.

Riku Lanata Also hated him, but felt sympathetic when Riku came to visit to be there for Sora.

Cloud Strife Since Cloud knows plenty of information for the Fire Arts, Kiyo turned to him for advice and also find him to be someone to talk to when there is no one else. He is Kiyo's roommate this year. Overtime, he's become a brother of sorts to Kiyo.

Romeo Montague Thinks he's alright - he can tell Romeo wants to become his friend, so he doesn't mind talking to him.

Nadja Applefield One of the cutest girls Kiyo has ever met, he seems to have taken up a brotherly role with her (and tries best to keep his language down around her). Kiyo certainly does enjoy talking to her and is often fluff'd at, only giving the Rouge a loved feeling, only making him like her all the more.
